SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series | Schedule

The success of the inaugural 2011 season has propelled the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series as the premier junior dragster series in the country. The series will be traveling to two new tracks for 2012; Little River Dragway in Holland, Texas and Lonestar Motorsports Park in Sealy, Texas. The race series is primed to grow by leaps and bounds with the changes in format and entry fees and payouts.

The SouthWest Outlaw 330 Jr. Dragsters have become the best Outlaw 330 program in the United States since its inception in 2010. The Oultaw 330 class will participate in all of the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series races as well as have at least two possibly three of their own independent races in 2012. Junior dragster heads up racing will never be the same!

The SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series inaugural season in 2011 was a success. The full series competed at five different tracks in the Texas and Louisiana area. Four drivers doubled as champions in four different classes. All nine points gathering classes came down to the final weekend of the month.

The SouthWest 330 Outlaw Jr. Dragster Series was started in 2010 as a small race series catering to the Outlaw 330 racers in Texas. In 2011 the series expanded to a 2 day 5 race series of events that cater to the entire Jr. Dragster racing community in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The series has expanded from 1 outlaw class to a total of 9 classes. These classes include three classes of index racing (12.90, 8.90, and 7.90), three age group bracket classes (8-9, 10-12, and 13-17), Quick 330, Outlaw 330, and the All Run Big Money Bracket class. The newly expanded series name was changed to the “SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series”.
